CAR DETAILING
What is the difference between a wash and a detail?
A wash removes what is loose. A detail removes what is bonded — iron fallout, tar, tree sap, brake dust in the wheel barrels — and addresses wheels, glass, trim and interior in a set order with fresh media.
How long does a detail take?
Timing depends on vehicle size, condition and the package chosen. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you request a quote.
Do you remove the wheels?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm whether wheel removal is standard or an add-on.]
CERAMIC COATING
Is correction always needed first?
In almost every case. A coating follows the surface it’s applied to and locks in whatever is beneath it, so correction comes first.
How long does a coating last?
[PLACEHOLDER — do not state a duration until confirmed; avoid warranty claims until verified.]
Can I wash the car myself?
Yes. Regular gentle washing with pH-neutral products and avoiding automatic brush car washes will help preserve the coating’s performance and appearance.
PAINT CORRECTION
Will every scratch come out?
No. Anything through the clear coat cannot be safely removed. We aim for the best result the paint can give without removing more clear coat than necessary.
Is polishing safe?
Done correctly, yes — paint thickness is checked before and during the process to stay within safe limits.
How often can paint be corrected?
[PLACEHOLDER — depends on remaining clear coat thickness; confirm general guidance.]
INTERIOR DETAILING
Will products damage my leather?
No. Solutions are matched to the material and tested first.
Can you remove every stain?
Most stains improve significantly; results depend on the stain type, age and material. We’ll be upfront about what to expect before starting.
Is the cabin dry at collection?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm standard drying time/process.]
BOOKING
How far ahead should I book?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm typical lead time.]
Is a deposit required?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm deposit policy.]
What are your hours?

VEHICLE CARE
How should I wash the car between visits?
pH-neutral shampoo, two buckets, clean mitts, and dry with soft towels. Avoid automatic washes.
Are automatic car washes a problem?
Brush-based automatic washes can introduce fine scratches over time and are best avoided, particularly on corrected or coated paint.
Do you sell maintenance products?
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm whether retail products are available.]
